The Fighting for Real News conference sessions on Monday 13 November will take place at Clare College, one of the most historic and prestigious Cambridge University colleges.
Clare College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. Founded in 1326, it is the second-oldest surviving college of the University but prizes itself on its progressive and informal approach.
The college spans the River Cam, running between the Old Schools (the administrative centre of the University) and the University Library. Clare is famous for its chapel choir and for its gardens on "the Backs" (the back of the colleges that overlook the River Cam).
The current Master is Anthony Grabiner, Baron Grabiner, a British barrister.
Clare is consistently one of the most popular Cambridge colleges amongst prospective applicants.
As of 2016, it had an endowment of over £106m.
If taking a taxi be sure to ask to be dropped off at Clare College, Memorial Court in Queen's Road.
