Creative Pioneers is an award-winning nationwide campaign that seeks out the next generation of advertising, creative and digital media talent. Executive directors Janet Hull, Leila Siddiqui and Gwyn March are all on staff at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), and the organisation is run in marketing partnership with the Metro newspaper.
