The National Union of Journalists (NUJ) is a trade union for journalists in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The union’s equality, diversity and inclusion programme is made up of its Ethics Council, Equality Council, Black Members’ Council, Disabled Members’ Council and 60+ Council. The NUJ produces a range of equality publications and resources, and information on its website ranges for support for those experiencing discrimination in the workplace to annual grants to Black prospective journalism students.
