The i talent scheme offers journalism apprenticeships to train and nurture future talent with the i paper. The two-year programme is aimed at school and college leavers, and provides practical on-the-job training, a nationally recognised journalism qualification and mentoring from experienced journalists. Applications are open to all, especially candidates who may traditionally face barriers into media careers.
