In 2018 the new post of editorial talent director was created to give career advice and suggest development opportunities, especially to early and mid-career journalists.
The FT offers a range of high-quality courses and strives to provide the best training it can to ensure that colleagues in editorial can equip themselves with the skills required to produce the quality journalism expected of the FT.
