The hotel is in a city centre location close to London attractions, including Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Petticoat Lane Market, The O2 and St Katharine Docks. Tower Hill tube station is two minutes walk, while Fenchurch Street and Tower Gateway DLR stations are four minutes away.

It should be noted that there are two Leonardo Hotels very near each other. The conference hotel (Leonardo Royal Hotel London City) is right next to Tower Bridge Tube Station.
