Reuters have launched a campaign to thank all journalists and media organizations around the world for the work they’re doing covering the coronavirus pandemic.

The aim is to galvanize others to share their support on social media for the journalists who put themselves at risk every day to cover the news for those sheltering safe at home, said a spokesperson.

“We’ve produced a tribute video for people to share (using #thankyoujournalists), showing journalists in the field and what they’re facing to report on the pandemic.”
